The colonial era witnessed massive changes in the world's symmetry. The imposition of Colonial interests in the political, economic, and social spectrum fundamentally altered or undermined the diverse existence of humanity. By implying a false notion of Britain's instinctive superiority over "others" to orchestrate invasions into the geographical as well as the intellectual resources of countries rich in its distinct culture, the West successfully installed the theory of "White man's burden" to civilize the barbarians of Asia and America. Presumptuously generalized, the theory was later translated into the British Empire's brutal occupation of foreign lands.
